Ingredients
- 6 oz. corned beef (chopped)
- 3 oz. Philadelphia cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut (drained and chopped)
- shredded swiss cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix cream and sour cream; add beef and sauerkraut (usually add more beef and kraut than recipe calls for).
2. Sprinkle with swiss cheese
3. Can be served warm or cold (350º for 15 minutes to melt cheese.) Serve with cracker or cocktail bread.
