Couscous and Beans (Mediterranean)

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cups Uncooked Couscous
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Can Garbanzo Beans (16 Oz.), rinsed and drained

Preparation

Step 1

Heat broth to boining in 3 quart saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese; remove from heat.

Cover and let stant for 5 minutes. Stir.

Sprinkle each serving with feta cheese(optional).
