Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh flat parsley leaves
- 2 Tbs. capers, rinsed
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 12/ tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 lb. bow ties
- 1/4 lb. salami, cut into 1/4 in. cubes
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor of blender, puree the parsley, capers, anchovies and garlic with the oil, vinegar and pepper. Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling, salted water until just done, about 15 minutes. Drain. Toss with the parsley mixture and salami.
