Ingredients
- Filling:
- 6 large apples
- 1 C sugar
- Streusel:
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 C flour
- 1/2 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. peel and dice apples.
2. mix with the 1 C sugar and let it draw juice
3. for streusel, with a pastry cutter or food processor, cut together all of the streusel ingredients.
4. put filling in a baking dish, top with streusel and bake at 325 for 1 hour or until deep golden brown.
