Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 1/3 cup chicken broth, warmed
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
- Salt and Pepper
- Thinly sliced fresh chives for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Place the cooked cauliflower in a food processor.
Add chicken broth, sour cream, salt and pepper; puree until smooth.
Serve garnished with sliced chives.
