Ingredients
- 1 medium cantaloupe, cut & cubed into small pieces
- 1 medium watermelon, cut and cubed into small pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded
- 1/8 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- juice of 2 limes
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cilantro and lime juice in a small bowl and set aside (best if allowed to sit 2-3 hours). Cut the melons and peppers into very small pieces and combine with lime/cilantro mixture.
Serve with tortilla chips or use to cool down your favorite spicy dish.
