Ingredients
- 2 c broccoli
- 3 TB green onion
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 can (14 ½ oz) stewed tomatoes, not drained
- 2 c uncooked fetticini noodles
- 2 tsp parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fetticini, drain.
Spray skillet with Pam
Stir fry onion and broccoli 3 minutes
Add seasonings and tomatoes and simmer till heated through.
Spoon veggie mixture over fetticini and top with parmesan
1 serving ¾ c sauce, ½ c fettucini, ½ tsp parmeson
