Ingredients
- 1 unbaked deep dish pie crust
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. ginger
- 1/4 t. ground cloves
- 2 eggs
- 1 (15 oz.) pumpkin pure
- 1 (12 oz.) evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Beat eggs. Stir in pumpkin and sugar/spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 then reduce heat to 350 and bake 40-50 minutes until set.
