Ingredients
- 32 cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Cut tops off tomatoes, trim bottom fo each tomato slightly to level if necessary. Hollow out and set upside down on paper towel to drain. Finely chop remaining tomatoes, add sour cream, cream cheese, feta cheese, green onion, lemon juice and oregano. ( mixed filling can be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hrs)
Spoon filling into piping bag and pipe into tomatoes.
