Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. potatoes (about 7), peeled, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 pkg. (8oz.) philadelphia neufchatel, 1/3 c less fat than cream cheese, cubed
- 1 T butter or margarine
- 1 t. salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large covered saucepan 20 min. or until potatoes are tender, drain. Return to pan.
2. Add remaining ingredients, mash to desired consistency.
