Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. potatoes (about 7), peeled, quartered

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 pkg. (8oz.) philadelphia neufchatel, 1/3 c less fat than cream cheese, cubed

  • 1 T butter or margarine

  • 1 t. salt

Directions

1. Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large covered saucepan 20 min. or until potatoes are tender, drain. Return to pan. 2. Add remaining ingredients, mash to desired consistency.
