Ingredients

  • 2- 15 oz cans pinto beans-drained
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine viegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • lemon wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all but lemon wedges, cover & chill, squeeze lemon over before serving.
