Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp tarragon
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 c white wine
Preparation
Step 1
Trim the tenderloins and rub with the oil /spice mixture
Place on the BBQ set at high and cook until lightly browned on all sides
Wrap in a foil packet
Pour wine over and seal well
BBQ 10 min
Remove from BBQ and pour off the liquid
Cut into thick slices and serve
