Fried Ravioli

Ingredients

  • cheese ravioli 1 (16-ounce) package frozen (thawed)
  • bread crumbs 2 cups italian
  • peanut oil
  • buttermilk
  • marinara sauce 1 (26-ounce) jar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in deep fat fryer to 300°
Place buttermilk in a bowl
Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl
Dip ravioli into buttermilk, shake off excess, dip into breadcrumbs
Deep fry until golden brown
Turn and brown on the other side
Serve with warm marinara sauce to dip in
