Tomato Mozzarella Toss

This tomato mozzarella toss is perfect on top of baguette slices or great for a small snack all you need is a fork!

Ingredients
- 4 cups grape and/or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 (8-ounce) container fresh pearl-size mozzarella cheese or fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped
- 1/4 cup small fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a serving bowl combine tomatoes, cheese, and basil leaves.
In a screw-top jar combine oil, vinegar, snipped basil, garlic, salt, and pepper; cover and shake well.
Pour over tomato mixture; toss gently to coat.
