Ingredients
- 8 Oz. Fettuccine, uncooked
- 1 1/4 C Fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 4 Tsp. flour
- 1/3 C Philadelphia cream cheese spread
- 3 Tbs. Kraft grated parmesan cheese divided
- 1/4 Tsp. Ground nutmeg
- 1/8 Tsp. Pepper
- 2 Tbs. Chopped fresh parsley
- 1/8 Tsp Garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on pckg. Meanwhile, combine broth & flour in medium saucepan. Stir in cram cheese spread, 2 Tbs. of the parmesan cheese, the nutmeg/pepper; cook 2min, stirring constantly w/wire whisk until mixture boils & thickens. Drain pasta. Toss w/sauce. Sprinkle w/remaining parmesan cheese & parsely.
