Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless salmon fillets
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. Place salmon on pre-greased baking sheet. Broil 5 inches away from heat source for about 4 minutes per side or until salmon flakes easily but is still slightly pink in the middle
While fish is cooking, prepare sauce. In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice, dill and lemon zest.
Remove salmon from over and drizzle with sauce
