Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz can artichoke hearts, drained (not marinated)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz. Finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the drained artichoke hearts in a mini food processor, mix with all other ingredients. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
