Ingredients
- 2 cloves thickly sliced garlic
- 2 t sea salt
- 2 t caraway seed, finely chopped
- 2 T chile powder
- 1/4 olive oil
- 2 lb shrimp
- 8 small chorizo, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Mash garlic & salt to a coarse paste. Add caraway seeds. Transfer to large bowl & stir in chili powder & olive oil. Add shrimp & toss to coat.
Tuck a chorizo slice in the crook of a shrimp & thread onto skewer
Grill over hot coals, turning one or twice @ 1 min.
