Strawberry Italian Ice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups halved strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Blend fruit, sugar, honey, and lemon juice with 2 cups ice in a food processor until chunky. Add another 1 cup ice and blend until completely smooth.
Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish and freeze 30 minutes. Scrape ice with a fork until slushy, then freeze until firm, 2 more hours.
