  • 1 tab dried thyme
  • 1/2 teas red pepper flakes
  • 1 teas dry ground mustard
  • 1/2 tesd sugar
  • 1 1/2 teas salt
  • 3/4 teas freshly ground black pepper
  • After cooked put on the Sauce
  • 2 cups sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup stock or water
  • 2 cups stock or water
  • 2 1/2 tesp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup sherry

Just pat the Paste on the Pork,
