Southern Cajun Belle Deep Fried Turkey

Deep frying turkey has become more and more popular every year. Not only does it simplify the cooking process but it tastes amazing with exceptionally juicy meat and a crispy skin, yum!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, puree
- 1 tablespoon onion, puree
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 4 tablespoons fajita sauce or 1 packet
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 can chicken broth
- 13 pound turkey
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in small Bowl and heat in the Microwave until everything is melted.
Inject the turkey with your prepared mixture.
Once everything is Injected lightly sprinkle seasoning and black pepper mixed.
Place turkey in fryer maintained at 350°F at 3.5 minutes per pound, approximately 46 minutes for a 13 pound turkey.
