Carrot pudding sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 brown sugar
  • 1 tbl cornstarch
  • Few grains salt
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tbl butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, cornstarch & salt. Add boiling water slowly, and cook until there is no taste of raw starch. Add butter in small pieces; add vanilla
