Pear-Goat Cheese Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pie crusts from Pillsbury (makes 24 tarts)
  • 1 4oz pkg crumbled Goat cheese
  • 1 ripe pear chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 dried thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Cut pie crusts into pieces and mold into tart pans (can use mini muffin tin)
*pre cook tart shells at 375 degrees for 8-10 mins

Mix next 4 ingredients and spoon into tart shells

Bake another 10 mins at 375 right before serving

** Serve with Champagne salad
