Taco Skillet, easy, great for powell

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. pace chunky salsa
  • 1/2 C. water
  • 6 flour tortillas cut into 1" pieces
  • 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef in skillet (season to desired taste) over medium-high heat until browned stirring often.

Pour off fat

Stir in soup, salsa, water and tortillas in skillet and heat to a boil.

Reduce to a low heat. Cook 5 min, stir. Top with cheese and serve.
