Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 C Bisquick mix
  • 1lb. Uncooked bulk pork sausage
  • 4 C Shredded cheddar cheese (16oz)
  • 1/2 C Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Dired rosemary leaves, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 tsp parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350F. Lightly grease 151/2x101/2x1inch pan.
2. Stir all ingrediants until well mixed(you may need to use your hands). Shape mixture into 1inch. balls. Place in pan.
3. Bake 20-25min. or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm.


Tip:
These can be made a day ahead & refrigerated; bake as directed when ready to serve. Or, cover & freeze unbaked balls up to 1 month. Bake frozen balls 25-30min or until brown.
