Ingredients
- pork roast 2 1/2 pounds rolled boneless
- onion 1/2 cup chopped
- apples 2 cooking, peeled and sliced
- honey 1 tablespoon
- Dijon style mustard 1 tablespoon
- coriander 1/2 teaspoon SEEDS CRUSHED
- salt 1/4 teaspoon
- cornstarch 1 tablespoon
- water 2 tablespoons
Preparation
Step 1
In a 4-6 quart slow cooker, combine onion and apples
In a small bowl combine honey, mustard, coriander and salt, mix well
Spread mixture on all sides of pork roast.
Place roast over apples and onions
Cover and cook on low setting for 7-8 hours
Remove roast from slow cooker and place on serving platter, cover with foil
In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water, blending well
Add apple mixture and juices from slow cooker, mix well
Cover over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring occasionally
