Pork Chops with Peach BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 6 Pork Chops
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Peach, Peeled & Diced
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinager
  • 1 Tbsp Water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first 5 ingredients and rub onto pork. Seal pork in a plastic bag and refridgerate for at least 1 hour. Boil remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes and blend to break up peaches. Grill chops on medium-high for 7-10 minutes on each side. Brush with sauce at the end of cooking.
