Ingredients
- Figure amount of food person
- 1/3 pd of shrimp
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 ear of corn
- 1 med. Potato
- 1 pd of sausage ring-serves 8
Preparation
Step 1
Start w/lg pot
2 ½ gals. of water
3 whole stalk celery
1 bell pepper
3 med onions-cut in quarters
1 whole lemon – quarter and squeeze
1cup salt slightly over flowed
1 tbsp liquid shrimp boil
1 packet shrimp boil
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Tabasco saues
Bring water to a boil
Cut sausage 1 ½ inch long wait 10 min. cut potatos in half add wait 10 min. add chicken
Check potatoes cook cook until almost done. Add corn cook 6 min add shrimp cook until shrimp is done.
Use strainer to dip food out of pot, put into brown paper bag that is placed in a cake pan. Let moisture cover bottom of sack.
Serve on table covered with plastic. Serve with butter.
