Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 head broccoli
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise (hellman's)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Seperate and slice broccoli,and cauliflower, floweretts only into bite size pieces. Place in a large bowl, add raisins, onion. Mix dressing and pour over.
Dice and fry the bacon till crisp. Add to salad. Mix well. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. Can keep for 1-2 days.
Srir well before serving.
