Cranberry-Pineapple Sauce for Ham

Ingredients

  • whole cranberry sauce 1 (16-ounce) can
  • crushed pineapple 1 (8-ounce) can undrained
  • mustard 2 tablespoons Grey Poupon

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, cover and blend until smooth
Reserve 1 cup of mixture to baste over ham during the last 30 minutes
Heat the remaining 1 1/3 cup mixture over medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally

Serve over sliced ham

Great substitute:
Substitute 1 8oz. can peach slices for the crushed pineapple
