Ingredients
- 3 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine cream cheese and sugar in large mixing bowl with mixer. beat on medium until light and creamy.
2. Add sour cream and mix (1 min.) Add vanilla and mix (1 min.) Add eggs mix (1 min.) and add pumpkin and mix (2 min.)
3. Pour filling in crust. Bake at 575º for 45 minutes.
4. Chill overnight.
