Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- add water to make 1/4 c. out of lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- add yolks to mixture
- add 2 coffee cups hot water to mixture
- add 3 heaping tbsp. corn starch and 3/4 c. sugar to mixture
- 2 egg whites add 1/4 c. sugar for meringue
Preparation
Step 1
heat mixture until boil and thick. Put in pie shell, cook, add meringue and brown.
