Parmesan Broiled Tilapia

Broiled Tilapia fillets topped with a delicious Parmesan, lemon buttery sauce. If the weather outside is nice, you can cook it on the grill! Place fish on foil on the grill - low heat.

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (defrosted if frozen)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon fresh dill
  • Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Turn broiler on high. Combine all ingredients except fish. Place fish in foil-lined pan, broil for 3 minutes and remove from oven, flip over and divide parmesan mixture over the uncooked side of fish.

Return to the oven and broil 3 to 4 minutes.
