Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp. 'lite' soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Place pork chops in a freezer bag.
Add the next 3 ingredients and seal bag.Mix the marmalade and BBQ sauce and place in a small ziploc bag.For freezing, place sealed bag of pork chops and sealed bag of sauce in a large freezer bag.Label and store in the freezer.
Pre-heat oven to 400*. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes per side, coating chops with marinade as they bake.
