Strawberry Cheescake Ice Cream

If you like Cheesecake and Ice Cream then this recipe is for you. I was very leery of the condensed milk, seemed kind of not "cool" for a real cook but it tastes really delicious and not artificial at all.

Ingredients
- One 8-ounce package Philadelphia-brand cream cheese, softened
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest (or 1,5 tablespoons of lemon juice)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 3 graham crackers, preferably honey grahams, coarsely chopped or, if you prefer, bashed into crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth. If you like some strawberry pieces and Graham cracker pieces then chop up 3-4 strawberries in little chunks and break the graham crackers apart and dump them in at the very end and don't blend anymore.
Poor everything into and ice machine for 20-30 minutes. But you can also freeze it in a container in the freezer.
