Ingredients
- 2 lb broccoli including raab
- 3/4 lb carrot
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup tamari pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup tamari roasted cashews
- 3/4 cup organic raisins
- 1 lb scallop and bacon kabobs, cooked
- 1 bottle salad dressing (used - Drew's romano ceasar)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Chop broccoli crowns into bite size pieces.
With food processor, chop carrot and broccoli raab into small strips.
Dice celery and onions.
Combine vegetables with remaining ingredients and mix.
