- Boullion Broth
- Chicken or turkey
- Carrots
- Celery
- Potatoes
- Water Chesnuts
- Cornstarch
- Rice
Preparation
Step 1
Make boullion broth and cook chicken or used left over. Bring to a boil and add carrots, celery, potaotes. Add water chesnuts after vegetables have cooked. Cook till tender. Make thickening with cornstarch add to broth mixture & simmer till thick. Cook rice (minute or regular)
