This easy dish came about by playing with flavors, and you can change the flavor still by using various types of mustards.

Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup mustard
- 11/2 cups fried onions
- *Note: We like using a spicy brown mustard best, however, also try a honey or dijon for different flavor.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place pork chops in a shallow baking dish. Pour mustard over the top of the chops and turn to coat. Sprinkle fried onions generously over the chops. Loosely tent with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes - longer for thicker chops.
