Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (10")
- 8 oz. spreadable cream cheese
- 1/4 c whole berry cranberry sauce
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
- 8 oz. thinly sliced swiss cheese
- 12 oz. thinly sliced smoked turkey
- 1/4 c thinly sliced red onion
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese and cranberry sauce. Spread a thin layer over each tortilla, covering about 2/3 of the tortilla. Top with some spinach and all of the cheese slices. Spread another layerof cream cheese mixture on top, more spinach and the turkey.
Finish with more cream cheese, spinach and onion.
Roll up tightly starting from filled edge. Slice each roll diagonally into 10 pinwheels about 3/4" wide for appetizers, or cut in half for a lunch wrap.
