Layered Spinach Salad

Preparation

Step 1

In a 9x13 glass dish:
layer of lettuce, torn
layer if fresh spinach
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 pound bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 package frozen peas, thawed and uncooked
2 cups sour cream
2 cups mayonnaise
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix

Combine and spread over top sealing edges well.

Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate over night.
