Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 lb can pumpkin
  • 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 3/4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix moist ingredients first then add the dry. Spread in a 10x15 ungreased & floured jell roll pan. Bake 375 for 20 mins. May take longer - completely cool to frost.

Mix all frosting ingredients and spread over bars.
