Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced. (opt)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. fressh dill, roughly chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together, or shake together in a clean glass jar. In a bowl. toss greens with dressing. Divide greens among 4 plates. Top with blueberries and 1/2 c. walnuts that have been toasted and chopped.
