Cranberry Walnut Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Meyer's smoked turkey breast
  • 6 Tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 c. dried cranberries
  • 2 c. mayonnaise (regular or fat-free)
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Chop turkey breast in a food processor. Add cranberries to chop last 20 seconds. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well. Makes a great sandwich spread!
