Creamy orzo

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c chicken broth
• 1/2 c orzo
• 2 t sun dried tomatoes
• 2 t feta cheese
• 1/8 tsp of salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1) bring broth to boil and add orzo. cook til liquid is absorbed

2) remove pan fro heat and stir tomatoes and feta into orzo til feta melts. season with salt and pepper
