Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 head lettuce, torn
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- 2-3 Tbs. sesame seeds
- 6 oz. cashews, chopped
- 4 strips crisp bacon, chopped
- 4 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 6 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put lettuce and onions in bowl.
Before serving add noodles, seeds, nuts and bacon.
Mix dressing well and pour over ingredients.
Stir.
