Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
- 8 halved cloves of garlic
- 1 C sliced onion
- 1/3 C chicken broth
- 1 T sesame oil
- 2 t minced ginger
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 C sliced green onions
- 1 T soy sauce
- Cal 107
Preparation
Step 1
Heat sesame oil over med hi heat; add onion, garlic & ginger; sauté 3 min. Add broth & brussels sprouts; bring to boil. Cover & simmer 6 min. Finish with sliced green onions & soy sauce
