Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced peeled ripe mango
- 1 jalapeño peppers, diced
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) diced sweet red pepper
- 2 tsp (10 mL) lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch granulated sugar

In small bowl, combine mango, jalapeño pepper, red pepper, lime juice, salt and sugar.
