Ingredients
- 3 pints fresh strawberries - hulled and sliced
- 3 cups superfine sugar
- 2 tbsp orange liqueur
- 1/2 granny smith apples - cored and diced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Place strawberries in pot and toss with sugar and liqueur. Bring to boil over medium heat. Add apple and blueberries. At rolling boil - stir continously for 25-35 minutes. Skim off any foam and discard. Cool to room temperature. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or can.
