pints fresh strawberries - hulled and sliced
cups superfine sugar
tbsp orange liqueur
granny smith apples - cored and diced
cup fresh blueberries
Place strawberries in pot and toss with sugar and liqueur. Bring to boil over medium heat. Add apple and blueberries. At rolling boil - stir continously for 25-35 minutes. Skim off any foam and discard. Cool to room temperature. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or can.
